Our Return Policy

From our heart to you, we support the quality of our products and want our customers to enjoy their experience with us. We'll always do our best to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return/exchange your products, you may do so within 30 days of delivery using the following options. When returning your merchandise, please keep in mind we expect to receive all items back in their original condition - free from stains, fragrance, and being unworn/unwashed. Items received in poor condition may be denied for return and will not be reimbursed.

Hassle-Free Return (USA ONLY)

You may use a pre-paid return label to ship your return merchandise and pay no up-front postage fees. This hassle-free return option has a service fee of $12.00 per order which will be deducted from your return/exchange funds prior to receiving your refund.  

Standard Return

If you do not want to use the hassle-free return option, simply select the carrier of your choice. When using this option, we recommend that you send your return with a shipping method that allows you to track your return, and that you insure the package for the cost of the items being returned. If you choose this option, you are solely responsible for the shipping costs of this return.

Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items 

If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not the correct item you ordered, reach out to us at: [email protected]

Refund for Your Return

Refunds are provided in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item, including sales tax, and will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded as part of your return, unless the item is being returned due to being damaged, defective, or incorrect.
